These are some of the projects I have done.
Privacy Fence
The addition of a privacy fence around our yard allows our dog to run free in the yard and it also gives us a nice enclosed area that we can enjoy.
Dog House
Our Dog house, which was built with a couple of pallets and leftover wood from the fence and roofing from when we re-roofed our house.
Greenhouse & Raised Planters
I converted a portable carport into a greenhouse. The canvas was all ripped on the carport, so why not put the frame to good use? I made the doors on both ends Dutch doors so that the top half can be opened like windows. The benches in the greenhouse and raised planters are all made from scrap lumber.
Scaffolding
My homemade scaffolding. It is made with 8 foot 2x4s, and the planks are made with 5/8 plywood. The cross pieces of the scaffold have blocking in between, so it is made to be safe. This scaffolding was made to fit inside a Dodge Grand Caravan! I painted a house that was tall enough I had to add 10′ extensions to my scaffolding. I got the job done and lived to tell the tale (although I don’t want to do that again!).
A House I Painted
Before and after pictures of a house that I painted. This was a challenging job, yet I was able to get it done! The scaffolding was built for this paint job.
Drywall
The customer had a carport that he enclosed and hired me to do the drywall.
Unused Space to a Closet
Here are the before and after pictures of a closet that I built. The space was never finished in the house, now it is!
Converted a Closet to a Pantry
Here is a closet that we were trying to use as a pantry. Adding a few shelves really made it more useful. I used steel angle iron on the front edge of each shelf to give additional support.
Stairs & Landing
Here is a set of stairs that I built and painted. I also replaced the skirting where it was rotten.
